Thanks for visiting the website of Dr. Buddy Hicks. This website has been developed to highlight the life and ministry of Dr. C.E. "Buddy" Hicks and his family. Buddy was born in Electra, TX in 1938, he surrendered his life to the Lord in 1961. He married Carolyn on May 27, 1967 and together they have three children: Angela (married to Paul Haydel), Shari (married to Mike May) and Trey and have one grandchild Cole Haydel. Buddy has been active in ministry in every arena. From pastoring the Youthquake movement to hosting the politically themed Straight Talk radio, to church planting in Austin & Houston, to launching the Humble Chapter of Somebody Cares along with a Skatepark and Cybercafe, to his recent "Ask Dr. B" column featured in The Tribune. Throughout his life Dr. Buddy Hicks has remained a relevant and outspoken Christian voice.
